What we do

Service and repair of existing equipment. CRAC unit compressor and refrigerant work, CRAH coil and valve service, humidifier and condensate system maintenance, controls troubleshooting, and electrical diagnostics.

Retrofits and replacement. Full replacement of end-of-life CRAC or CRAH units — including rigging, piping, electrical, controls integration, and commissioning with minimal disruption to IT operations.

New installation. Design-build or install-to-spec systems — from small splits for network closets to CRAC and in-row precision cooling for larger rooms.

Preventive maintenance contracts. Quarterly or semi-annual service — filter changes, coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, humidifier service, and control calibration.

What we don’t do

We focus on standard commercial IT environments. We do not design or build:

• Redundancy systems — N+1, 2N
• Hot aisle / cold aisle containment
• Precision humidity environments
• Enterprise colocation infrastructure

Emergency service

IT cooling failures don’t happen during business hours. We provide 24/7 emergency response, with priority for maintenance contract clients.

If you require guaranteed SLA uptime, a mission-critical contractor is the better fit.
