What we install and service

Packaged rooftop units — RTUs. 3-ton wall packs through 50+ ton commercial rooftops. Service, repair, replacement, and new installation. Condenser fan motors, compressors, controls, economizers, gas heat sections, variable speed upgrades.

Air handlers. Commercial-scale air handling units — indoor and rooftop, custom and modular. Full service, component replacement, and new installations coordinated with the rest of the mechanical system.

Split systems for commercial spaces. Larger split systems that don't fit into the residential category — office suites, small medical offices, retail spaces, warehouses.

Make-up air units — MAUs. Standalone make-up air for general building ventilation, industrial process make-up, and spaces with exhaust-driven negative pressure. Kitchen-specific MAUs are covered under our Commercial Kitchens service.

Dedicated outdoor air systems — DOAS. Energy recovery ventilation, 100% outdoor air systems, and DOAS-VRF hybrid applications. Commissioning, service, and replacement.

Exhaust systems. General building exhaust — restrooms, mechanical rooms, light industrial processes, parking structures. Fan service, ductwork, controls, and code compliance coordination.

Ductwork, field work, and fabrication

We handle the complete field install of commercial ductwork — hanging, sealing, insulating, testing. For fabricated duct and sheet metal orders on larger projects, we coordinate with established sheet metal shops. For field fabrication, welding, and modifications, our team does it in-house.

This matters more than most clients realize. On a complex commercial install, there's always a detail the shop drawings missed or a field condition no one anticipated. Having technicians who can weld, fabricate, and modify ductwork on-site means your project doesn't stall waiting for a new shop drawing or a sub-contractor to come back out.

AAON experience: We have significant field experience on AAON rooftop units and custom air handlers. We don't currently hold the AAON manufacturer certification, and if your AAON equipment is under a factory warranty that requires certified service, we'll be upfront about that. For out-of-warranty diagnostics, repair, retrofit, and maintenance on AAON equipment, we bring real hands-on expertise.

Scope of work

New installation. Tenant improvements, new construction, and expansion projects. Coordination with GC, MEP engineer, and other trades.

Retrofit and replacement. End-of-life rooftop replacements, efficiency upgrades, controls modernization, VFD retrofits. See our VFD & Controls page.

Service, repair, and maintenance. 24/7 emergency service on commercial HVAC equipment. Preventive maintenance contracts available for standalone ventilation equipment or as part of a broader facility service agreement.

Testing, adjusting, and balancing

For projects requiring certified TAB reports, we coordinate with established testing and balancing contractors in the region rather than offering it in-house. If your project requires a NEBB or AABC-certified TAB firm, we can recommend trusted partners we've worked with.
